ThinkingAI Agentic Growth Summit 2026
Most teams have deployed AI. Far fewer have changed how the work actually gets done.

About this session
Spend an afternoon with leaders from OpenAI, Microsoft and 23andMe on what agentic AI has actually changed inside their teams, and which numbers hold up.
Most teams have deployed AI. Far fewer have changed how the work actually gets done.
The Agentic Growth Summit is an afternoon with the people who have already crossed that line. Leaders from OpenAI, Microsoft and 23andMe on what agentic AI changed about the way their teams operate, what it has not, and which metrics survive once AI is a line in the budget. You leave with a straight read on where you stand and what is worth doing next, from people who are accountable for the results rather than selling the idea.
Our co-founder Chris Han opens on agentic growth, on what changes when dashboards that report become agents that act. The panel that follows is hosted by Open Future Forum. A second panel and a guest speaker are still to be announced.
The rest of the room counts as much as the stage. Growth, product and data leads from the apps and games you would benchmark yourself against, and a networking reception to close.
Computer History Museum, 1401 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View. Drinks and parking are covered, and attendance is free. Seating is limited and lunch is first come, first served, so arriving at 11:30 is worth it.
