About LesPark
Founded in 2014, LesPark is a community built for women, with twenty million users across more than thirty countries and over a hundred and fifty thousand creators. Built by a team with roots at Microsoft and Tencent, it runs products spanning livestreaming, voice chat, and interest-based communities.

A hard market, met with sharper operations
Big platforms pull creators and attention, advertising to a niche audience comes with limits, and acquiring new users is not easy. To respond, the team replaced its in-house data system with ThinkingAI, diversified its products across short video, voice chat, and interest-based social, and launched a creator subsidy program backed by millions in funding.
Letting voice social find its footing
With clearer data, the team put real attention into voice-based social, and over a year of optimization saw a clear lift in how many users took it up and what it returned. The broader shift was cultural. Every business unit now folds data analysis into how it makes decisions, instead of treating it as a separate step.
