We hosted the ThinkingAI Agentic Game Growth Summit inside Mobidictum Conference in Istanbul on October 7, where we launched the Agentic Engine for game studios in Türkiye. Nearly 200 people registered, and the room was full.

The summit was held at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention & Exhibition Center for retention, monetization, LiveOps, product, data and engineering teams at mobile and PC game studios. We thank the Mobidictum team for hosting us inside the conference.

The Agentic Engine is now available

Chris Han, our co-founder and president, opened the summit with Agentic Growth and made the Agentic Engine available to the studios in the room. The Agentic Engine runs agents on a studio's own game data. The agents find what changed, explain why it matters and prepare the next step, and the team decides what goes live.

Chris also cited Wavestone and NewVantage research showing that about 24% of companies describe themselves as data-driven, a share that is falling. He outlined four challenges teams meet as they adopt agents, which are context, tools and process, trust and safety, and the organization itself.

"The agents run the loop. You set the direction and own the outcome," said Chris Han, co-founder and president of ThinkingAI.

Any studio can now sign up on our website and start on the free plan with its own game data.

A live demo on a real game project

Sedef Aylin Turhan, one of our data experts, demonstrated the Agentic Engine on a real game project. The game had 77 dashboards, and every number on them looked healthy. Sedef asked the agent which threats to next quarter's revenue the dashboards would not show. Working on its own, the agent analyzed the data and found that the reported currency surplus was currency left behind by players who had already left the game. It ranked a set of fixes and recommended starting with a quick, reversible player notification. It then built the campaign with a holdout group and a measurement dashboard, named in advance the result that would show the fix was not working, and tried to send it. The platform held the campaign in draft for a person to approve, because every send in the Agentic Engine goes through an approval step.

Studios and developers on stage

Saygın Topatan, founder of Mavis Games, showed how his team builds and grows a game with AI agents. His team uses agents to play the game across parallel Unity instances on several computers, with player personas calibrated against live behavior, and to prepare a morning marketing report.

Mustafa Taşdemir, studio lead at Unico Studio, showed how studios can move through four levels of agent autonomy, with people setting the goals and the guardrails. He drew on Unico's experience with Brain Test.

"Agents make the loop faster. People build the thing worth looping around," said Mustafa Taşdemir, studio lead at Unico Studio.

We closed the summit with a panel, From Prompt to Playable, moderated by Jerry Jiang of ThinkingAI. Zhong Hu, CEO of Derail Games, independent Roblox developer Kaan Kayıkcı and Barış Karamanlı, co-founder of Rival Ducks, built a playable Roblox game from a prompt, live on screen.

Book launch, booth and dinner

We also launched The AI-Native Organization, the new book by Paris Lyu, our CEO and co-founder. The book is a field record of how we rebuilt ThinkingAI around AI and how people and AI divide the work. A digital copy is available on request on the book page.
